My interpreter cancelled - what do I do?

😣 Interpreter cancelled?

Interpreter cancelled last minute? That's frustrating - we get it.
 
 
But don’t worry! Here's what you can do -  
 

  • Try again with a new interpreter - select up to 8 interpreters for better chances 🎉
  • Could your booking change to be VRI? 

    There's a higher chance of finding an interpreter if you're looking Australia-wide! 🇦🇺

If none of these options work, it might be best to reschedule your booking - you won't be charged. 📆
