# Booking at the Last Minute

#### Can I make last minute bookings?

Yes, you can! You can even create a booking 1 minute before the start time (although this is not the usual process).

If you make a last minute booking, please make sure:

- Give interpreters time to check their availability
- Allow enough buffer time for travel (Face To Face) or setup (VRI)
- Give interpreters time to prepare properly
