Why don't we charge an after hours rate?

“If I book an interpreter outside of business hours, do I have to pay more?" Nope!

At PAH!, we don’t charge our customers extra for after-hours bookings. Whether your appointment is at 9am or 9pm, the cost to you stays the same.

That said—we still do pay our interpreters more when they work outside standard hours.

What counts as “after hours”?

🌙  After business hours: Before 8am, after 6pm
☀️  Weekends: anytime
🎉  Public holidays: We pay a premium rate for those too

✅ Interpreters are paid fairly
✅ Customers don’t face extra charges
✅ Everyone wins
