What are interpreter pods?

Pods are your groups of your preferred interpreters.

If you usually book the same 2–3 interpreters for a booking category (like medical, or social), you can group them into a pod.

Every time you want to book the same group of interpreters, it’s just one click!

You can find your pods settings in your profile page

1. Click “My Pods”

2. Click “Create Pod”

3. Type the name for your Pod (eg. Sports, Medical, Education, Preferred)

4. Click ‘Next'

5. Select interpreters you would like in your pod

6. Click ‘Create’

HOORAY!

You’ve created your pod! You can start booking using pods now!

You can either;

Select any preferred interpreters individually.

or Select a pod.

Picking a pod for a booking: sends the booking request to all available interpreters in the pod that you’ve created and selected.

First interpreter in the pod to ACCEPT the booking request will be your interpreter.

If you need two interpreters for your booking, then the first TWO to accept them booking request will be your interpreters.

💡 Tip: You control which interpreters are in the pod. If you notice an interpreter doesn't respond you can remove them!

💡 Tip: If your pod doesn’t show up in the booking process, it means no one in that group is available for that time.
