Why do I need to move to the new app?

We’ve launched a new app that’s faster, easier to use, and designed to improve how you manage job requests and communicate with customers.
From now on, all interpreting work will happen through the new app. The old app will be retired soon, so we recommend making the switch as soon as possible.
Important: Your profile from the old app won’t be moved across automatically. You’ll need to create a new account and set up your profile again.

✅ Start receiving job requests
What happens to jobs I’ve already accepted in the old app?
Jobs you’ve accepted in the old app won’t appear in the new app.
There are two options:
This is the preferred option and helps ensure all bookings are in one place moving forward
2. Continue with the job in the old app until it’s complete
This is okay for now, but we don’t recommend it, as the old app will be removed in the coming months.
