🔍 What is interpreter insurance?
In short: It's cover that protects you in case something goes wrong while you're working.
The two most important types are:

Public Liability Insurance – Covers you if someone is injured or their property is damaged while you're working.

Professional Indemnity Insurance – Covers you if a mistake in your interpreting work causes someone financial loss or harm.

Because even when you’re amazing at what you do (and we know you are), life happens. Insurance gives you confidence to do your job, knowing that if anything unexpected crops up—you’re covered.
Plus, some agencies or organisations may require you to have insurance before you can take on work.
