How do I set up my profile? [interpreter version]

Here’s everything you need to hit the ground running and set your profile up for success.
✨ Why it matters:
Your profile is how Deaf customers find you, recognise you, and decide whether to book you. A clear, complete profile = more bookings, more trust, and more independence. Plus, it only takes a few minutes to get started.
📲 What you need to do:
1. Download the PAH! app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Follow the prompts to sign up as an interpreter with an ABN.
3. Complete your profile details.
You’ll need to upload or enter the following:

- Full name
- Mobile number & email address
- ABN
- Residential address
- Profile photo (make sure it’s clear and recognisable!)
- Gender (optional, but helpful for some customers)
- NAATI Certification (upload)
- Insurance documents (upload)
- Short written bio
- Optional video bio (highly recommended!)
4. Set your working hours – when you’re available to take bookings.
5. Choose your booking category preferences – so you’re matched with the right work.

No stress. You can update your profile, working hours, or preferences any time in the app.
📌 Tip:
A clear photo and friendly video bio make a big difference. People are more likely to book you if they feel like they already know who you are.
