How to View an Interpreter's Decline or Withdrawal Reason

When an interpreter declines or withdraws from a booking, they may choose to leave a message explaining their reason.

To view this message, locate the interpreter's name in the booking and click the information icon next to their Declined or Withdrawn status. 

A pop-up window will appear showing the interpreter's message. If the interpreter did not leave a message, the pop-up will indicate that no message was provided.
