Can I block any interpreters I don't want?

Yes, you can. 

We want you to feel confident and in control of every booking—and if there’s ever an interpreter you’d prefer not to work with, for any reason at all, that’s absolutely your call.

Just head to their profile and click “Add to Block List.”

Once they’re added, they won’t appear in your interpreter options again. You can update or remove this list anytime in your profile settings.

You don’t need to block someone just in case.

You’re in charge of choosing who you book for each and every request. So, unless there's someone you definitely never want to see again, you might not need to use this feature at all.
