Withdrawing from Bookings: What You Need to Know

Need to cancel?

If you’re unable to attend a booking, please let the customer know via the app chat and withdraw from the booking as soon as possible.

This allows them to add another available interpreter and keep everything running smoothly.

If you don’t withdraw after notifying them, the customer may remove you and add someone else. (Customers have the option to add or remove interpreters from their booking, though this is not our preferred approach.)

Booking under 24 hours?

For bookings within 24 hours, it’s especially important to withdraw promptly. During this time, customers cannot use the “remove” function, and they may be charged under the cancellation policy if changes aren’t made correctly.

We want to avoid situations where customers need to cancel and are charged unnecessarily.
