**Why bother with your profile?**

Because in our small world, it *really* matters. 

 

 

Your profile isn’t just a form—it’s your shopfront, your handshake, your “Hey! Remember me?” in the Deaf community.

 

Chances are, customers are scrolling the app wondering:

👉 “Is that the interpreter from that other time?”

👉 “What’s their sign name again?”

A clear photo and short intro video take out the guesswork and make it easy for people to say, *“Yep, that’s them!”*

#### First impressions count (and they book faster, too)

When your profile’s polished, people feel confident. A fab photo, a quick video bio, and your credentials all sorted = instant trust.

On the flip side - A blank or half-done profile says “I’m not ready” (even if you totally are).
