We pay all interpreters fortnightly.
Here’s how it works:
đź§ľ After each job:
- You confirm the booking duration in the app within 24 hours of the job finishing. If you don't confirm, the app automatically marks the job as 'confirmed' at the duration the booking was made for.
Tip: If the booking exceeds the expected time, you'll need to update this in the app within 24hrs!
- The Auslan user is then prompted to confirm the same.
- Once that’s done (or after 24 hours if they haven’t responded), we’ll generate the invoice and add it to your upcoming pay cycle.
đź’° Every two weeks:
- We pay you for all completed and confirmed bookings within that pay period—whether the customer has paid their invoice or not.
- That means no chasing invoices, no awkward follow-ups, and no waiting around for admin.
We take on the financial risk so that you can focus on what you do best—interpreting.

- A detailed breakdown of the jobs you’ve been paid for, which makes tax time and ABN tracking a breeze.
