# What are PAH!'s minimum booking times?

Great question - Here’s how it works:

 

---

#### 🧍‍♀️ Face to Face bookings

- Minimum charge = **2 hours**
- Anything beyond that? We round up and pay in **15-minute increments**.

---

#### 💻 Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) bookings

- Minimum charge = 1.5 hours
- After that, we continue in **15-minute increments**

---

That means if you're booked for 40 minutes of VRI? You'll be paid for 1.5 hours.

If your Face to Face booking runs 2 hours and 20 mins? You’ll be paid for 2.5 hours.
