What are your minimum booking times?

Great question - Here’s how it works:
 

🧍‍♀️ Face to Face bookings

  • Minimum charge = 2 hours
  • Anything beyond that? We round up and pay in 15-minute increments.

💻 Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) bookings

  • Minimum charge = 1.5 hours
  • After that, we continue in 15-minute increments

That means if you're booked for 40 minutes of VRI? You'll be paid for 1.5 hours.

If your Face to Face booking runs 2 hours and 20 mins? You’ll be paid for 2.5 hours.
