How do I set up my preferred booking categories?

Setting up your preferred work types is super simple—and totally in your control.


Just head to your Settings in the app, then tap on "Booking Types". From there, you can select the categories of work you’d like to receive bookings for.

 

You can go broad or get specific:

  • Choose a category like Medical
  • Or choose specific sub-categories like Optometrist, Podiatrist, or Physiotherapist
🎯 Why this matters:

These preferences help the app send you bookings that are most relevant to you—but remember, you’re still responsible for deciding if you’re the right fit for each job. Always use your judgment and stay within your scope of practice.
