Here’s a breakdown of how pricing works when you book through the PAH! app.
💸 Our Rates
You’ll be charged based on the interpreter’s qualification. All rates are per hour:

CPI (Certified Provisional Interpreter / Level 2): $130/hr

CI (Certified Interpreter / Level 3): $135/hr

CCI (Certified Conference Interpreter / Level 4): $135/hr

Deaf Interpreter: $130/hr
There are no changes to the rate for weekends, public holidays, or night-time bookings.
We don’t believe your access should cost more just because of the time of day. It’s one flat rate, all day, every day. ✨
⏱️ Minimum booking times
Depending on the type of booking you make, here’s the minimum time you’ll be charged for:
Face-to-Face bookings:

Minimum charge is 2 hours
Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) bookings:
- Minimum charge is 1.5 hours
